Fixes a few annoyances, particularly around stuck highlights when dragging.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed occasional stuck hover states on entries when dragging files across them.
  • Fixed occasional stuck Recalculate button after hovering a folder size column with a calculated size.
  • Fixed double-clicking on text when renaming so it doesn’t open the file.
  • Fixed double-clicking on table header so it doesn’t navigate up.
  • Fixed double-clicking on text in a preview to select it so it doesn’t navigate up.
  • Allow clearing selection in grid view by clicking empty space to the right of a partial row.
  • Ensure type-to-jump overlay always appears in front of an open preview pane.
  • Fixed tooltip for links appearing in the wrong place.
  • Added missing tooltip for size overlay on folders in grid view.
  • Windows: Fixed pasting of images.

My hope was to be able to add an alternative input method in order to offload my hands, and allow them some rest even during my daily work. Full Disk Access - what is it and what does it do?

A quick search for “Full Disk Access” reveals plenty of results, although some are misleading if not outright dishonest. Many come from application vendors suggesting that if we don’t grant their Mac apps Full Disk Access, they might not work as intended. In fact, the vast majority of applications should have no reason to need Full Disk Access.
