Release notes 1.0.1

This release is only for fixing one single bug, but it was a big bad one. Selections were not telling the truth with the Hidden files setting switched to Hide.

Selection mismatch with hidden files hidden

When hidden files had been set to not be shown, the selections made in a pane view did not always correspond to the actual files being selected under the hood, if that folder contained some hidden files.
