Quick bugfix release to fix renaming which got broken with 0.1.0.

Fix keyboard being hijacked while renaming

The introduction of the Jump to file beginning with letter feature accidentally broke renaming of files and folders, as the key presses typed when naming would jump to a different file. The default shortcut of Space for Quick Look was also causing problems.

The jumping issue has been fixed, but being able to use Space for Quick Look needs a bit more work, and will be fixed in an upcoming release. It was remapped to Cmd-Space for now.
